Bank Statements of father/mother- Last 6 Months (Balance 3 Lacs) with bank seal & sign (OR)

Bank Statements of student – Last 6 Months (Balance 3 Lacs) with bank seal & sign

Parents’ Consent / No Objection – Rs. 50/- Stamp with Notary
Minor Affidavit on Rs. 10/- stamp paper from Father and mother if the student is below 18-year-old.
