The Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine. It is also known as KNU. KNU is one of the best universities in Ukraine.

LOCATION & WEATHER
Taras Shevchenko National University, located in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv is a famous university in the world. The temperature is quite right in the times of January. The University is 6-7km away from the Kyiv central spot. January is the coldest month and other than some of the consecutive months, the weather is quite good. Indian students can adopt them as the temperature doesn’t affect them at all.
HOW TO REACH TARAS SHEVCHENKO NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYIV
There are two airports near Taras Shevchenko National University. One can fly there via Kyiv international airport (Juliana). It is 6-7 km away from the airport via Vasyli Liptovskeho street. You can book any mode of transportation to reach the university. There is another possibility of getting the university via Kyiv Boryspil international airport, which is 47 km via E40 away from the university. On reaching the airport, you can search the location on your mobile phone and attain the bus and cab services there.
FOOD
The university has three hostel buildings that can accommodate 2000 students. Students should sign the rules of the hostel to join like any other university. The laws of the stringent hostel ICT and make students maintain discipline. Some of the rules are no noise-making in the hostel and closing of the hostel gate at 11:00 pm.

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION IN TARAS SHEVCHENKO NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYIV
English is a major medium of instruction and is used in office work as well. The students are made to learn the native language as well.
ELIGIBILITY
To get admission in Sumy State University, Sumy a student needs to clarify the eligibility criteria as follows:
- It is necessary for an applicant to be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year in which the admission is being taken.
- The applicants must have cleared NEET exam in order to have admission in any medical courses.
- It is necessary for all the candidates to have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as elective subjects and acquired at least 50% of PCB joined. Also, students should have studied and English as an obligatory subject as prescribed by the university.
- The candidate must have scored a minimum 50% of marks in subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry combined and this is very necessary to consider yourself as an applicant.
